3. Payments

All payments must be made in full before services are rendered or digital downloads provided. We use secure third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for any payment issues arising from third-party platforms.

All prices are listed in INR. Taxes may be applicable.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of spiritual services and digital products:

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

If a session is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will accommodate you at a mutually agreed time.

For digital downloads, once delivered, no exchanges or refunds are allowed.

5. Product Descriptions

We strive to accurately represent each product. However, due to the handmade or spiritually infused nature of some items, slight variations in color, scent, size, or design may occur. These do not qualify as defects.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Physical items are shipped within 7 business days via standard courier or postal services. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or customs in your country (if shipping internationally).

7. Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

In case of damage, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We require a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened from the start to verify any claims of damage.

This video must clearly display the outer packaging, label, and the product inside. Photos or incomplete videos will not be accepted as valid proof.

Without this, we will be unable to process a replacement or claim.

Digital downloads are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

8. Use of Products

Products such as candles, incense, or herbs are for spiritual use only. They are not intended for ingestion, medical use, or to replace professional treatment.

We are not liable for any allergic reactions, accidents, or misuse. Please use all products responsibly and in accordance with safety instructions.
